The receptionist at the front JADE is the best she really make you comfortable and is so down to earth and bubbly. She knows her stuff. “My store was broken into and I had to replace the tint on the repaired windows. I requested dark on the inside and reflective on the outside for blocking the sun/heat and for some added security. Rick was on time, professional and did a great job especially since the windows were now plexiglass. Would definitely recommend!”

“I recently got my car windows tinted here. I had an appoinment which I recommend because this place is phanomial and busy. It doesn't look like much from the outside or the inside waiting area; but the receptionist at the front, JADE, makes you feel right at home. Jade brightens up the place. She is very knowledgable answering all my questions and showing me examples. It made me feel more knowledgeable in this area. That means a lot to me because as a female sometimes I feel like the males dominate automotive and sometimes, make me feel like I don't have any knowledge. NOT HERE as long as Ms. Jade is there. The experience was great. The tint is perfect. My car is exactly what I wanted. Thank you for all the staff at Pro Tint, but especially Jade for making me more knowledgeable and the wait seem like minutes. Call and get an appointment. Tell Jade I recommended them and get really good tint on your vehicle at a reasonable price.”

It was my understanding that the price I paid included a strip of tent at the top of the windshield but apparently it did not. I paid the bill without complaint after questioning the salesperson about the strip. I left feeling a little light in the wallet.”

“This is by far the best company I have worked with. I had my car windows tinted by Palmetto Pro Tint and the work was very professional and lowered the temperature in my car greatly. No more burned butts in summer. Then I realized they did house tinting as well. Talk about customer service! I had Rick come out for a tint fail on one section of a window put in by previous owner. He informed me it wasn't the tint but the window itself that failed. Flash forward two months, new window comes in. Rick comes back out. Wrong window ordered by warranty company. So out here twice free of charge. New window comes in and Rick does some research and finds old tint put in by previous owner was the cause of the window fail and informs me the other sections of the window might fail. He removes all tint and puts in higher grade tint made for double pane windows. There is a reason why Palmetto Pro Tint has an A rating on Angie's List with multiple reviews. They really care about the customer and their reputation as a company. Highest marks for Rick and Palmetto Pro Tint.”

“I didn't realize the difference that good tinting on my van windows could make! I scheduled an appointment, took my older model van in with the factory tinting, waited a short while, and left with what felt like a new van.

It makes such a difference in the temperature inside, and is much more pleasant for our children. We got the standard tinting.

The service there was great. The lobby/waiting area is very small and there's a television on the wall behind the desk area. Might be helpful to take a book to read or something to work on while waiting. FYI, you have to wait a minimum of 3-5 days before rolling your windows down after they're tinted. The pricing is good for the services rendered. I called around first for estimates.”

“I have a brand new 2013 Boss 302, and I wasn't going to hand her over to just anybody. Based on previous experience with tint, I was looking for a quality product as well as a reputable installer. I sniffed around what Columbia had to offer, and found good reviews of this establishment as well as good reviews of the SunTek product line. I gave a call, and they answered right away, telling me to come at 3:00. When I arrived, they had a spot waiting for me, and took me through the options. Explained the products, the benefits, etc. They have a cool 'heat' demo that convinced me to get the CXP product, 18% all around and 55% on the windshield. I read quietly for about 45 minutes while they got right to it, and agree with another reviewer that it was clean and professional, like a trip to the dentist rather than a tinter. They gave me a great price. The job came out gorgeous, and the staff were as excited about the quality as I was. It's clear they care about their work. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality job. They even gave me a portable lifetime warranty, pointing out it was valid with SunTek even if their business took a dive. Top-notch. Have no fear of going here.”

People we professional and courteous. They did exactly what they said and charged what they said it would cost.

I ordered the ceramic tint. The film was cut specific to my car so I could not see any gaps or short at the ends. There was one spot that was by some cabling that had a small bubble, but overall the job they did was great.

It cost a little more than some places around town, but getting it done right the first time is important to me.”

“I took two cars here and called them and asked when they could schedule the cars. They said immediately. The cars were done in under an hour and the staff was super friendly! For fast and conveince, it comes a high price point. I did get a discount for taking two cars, which made this place even better.

After a month of having this tint there are no bubbles or peeling! Below you can see the white car, and red truck (the two vehicles I got tinted) and the tint looks amazing.”
